Batman is ALWAYS Watching. That's a Problem.
May 13, 2021
Would Batman still be viewed as honorably if he existed in the real world? Perhaps not. Maybe Batman only “works” in a fictional universe. This is especially apparent in The Dark Knight.
To stop the Joker, Batman routinely breaks the law and ignores standards of due process. He also blatantly violates personal privacy. This props up the image that bad, destructive actions can be justified in the name of justice. But do the ends really justify the means? We’ll get down to the bottom of that in this Out of Frame Short.
