What inspired you to start writing?
My inspiration to start writing stemmed from the fact that in my home country Luxembourg, there were no voices for genuine free market and the freedom of choice of individuals to govern themselves.
What are your hobbies / interests?
I have the enormous fortune of having made my hobbies into my job. My non-writing activities are usually related to craft beer: festivals, beer bars, beer shops, breweries, you name it. If you like my work, send a craft beer from your home town!
Who are your personal heroes?
Frédéric Bastiat was the one who lead me on my journey to classical liberalism. His writing is simple and evergreen: it applied to the protectionism of 19th century France as well as to the trade wars we see today.
How did you discover the freedom philosophy?
The work Swiss-French author and novelist Benjamin Constant introduced me to the ideas of classical. As someone who doesn't spend time in libraries, it wasn't by luck that I then found Bastiat, but the Amazon recommended products section. How modern, I know.
